Please arrive 20 minutes early to fill out our health history and waiver. Bring a valid Arizona drivers license. Must be 18 years or older to participate. Exercise clothing, gym shoes, and water are required to participate. This payment for training is NON REFUNDABLE.

ABSOLUTELY no martial arts instructors, school owners, or trainers permitted. We have the right to refuse service to anyone. After you have shown proper ID, we will ask that all cell phones, bags, purses etc be locked up in your vehicle.
