With the purchase of this sign up, we will promptly send you an email with a Voucher you can bring with you. The seminar will be held on June 28th 2024 at 5:30pm-8:30pm at the PHOENIX LOCATION. Please arrive 20 minutes early to fill out our health history and waiver. Bring a valid Arizona drivers license. Must be 18 years or older to participate. Exercise clothing, gym shoes, and water are required to participate. This payment for training is NON REFUNDABLE. ABSOLUTELY no martial arts instructors, school owners, or trainers permitted. We have the right to refuse service to anyone. After you have shown proper ID, we will ask that all cell phones, bags, purses etc be locked up in your vehicle.
